The MusikPitch Process

Here’s how it works. You’ll be able to browse through the wide range of contests and target those that best match your interests and talents. Then unleash your creativity to produce something that inspires and impresses the contest holder (you’re free to submit existing music, as long as it’s your original work and matches the contest holder’s needs). After the contest is over (typically 14 days from the start), the contest holder will select their favorite song as the winner and release the full prize amount to the winning songwriter.

While licensing agreements are complex and can typically take weeks, if not months, to negotiate, MusikPitch guides both contest holders and songwriters through the process in just a few easy steps. This well-defined process allows you to focus on your music instead of legal documents and fine print and our contracts create fair conditions for both parties. On top of getting the full prize amount, winning songs can continue to generate revenues in the future as you’re entitled to receive 100% of any mechanical and/or performance royalties should your work be available for download, played on the radio, etc.
